Product Certification Manager

📋 Description

• Maintain a single source of truth for all certifications across processors and acquirers.
• Own relationships with processor/acquirer certification teams as primary contact.
• Negotiate test scope to reduce workload while preserving correctness.
• Escalate third-party blockers; drive certification to completion.
• Coordinate with Protocols engineering to sequence work and triage failures.
• Ensure certification aligns with card network rules and PCI/compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years managing technical projects or external partner relationships in payments.
• Strong understanding of gateways, acquirers, and processors and their certification.
• Ability to read certification specs and negotiate scope credibly with processor teams.
• Familiar with major processors/acquirers (TSYS, Fiserv, Worldpay, Barclaycard, Elavon).
• Knowledge of card network rules and PCI/compliance standards.
