Product Coach (VP+)

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions
• Participate in ongoing coaching training to improve skills
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in-app chat
• Share coaching tools and insights to enhance practices
• Represent the Mento community with kindness and empathy

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior product leader with 20+ years managing teams
• Desire to turn leadership skills into coaching
• Passion for helping others advance in careers
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ; safe space for vulnerability
• Growth mindset for coaching, regardless of tenure
• Comfortable in a changing startup; 12+ hours/mo for 24+ months
