📋 Description

• Help ensure products, marketing, and business processes comply with applicable laws and platform
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to assess risk and develop compliance
• Review product specs, user journeys, monetization, and features to identify regulatory risks.
• Support product compliance audits, incident response, and corrective actions.
• Review marketing materials and campaigns for consumer protection and platform policy alignment.
• Advise marketing teams on regional compliance and campaign reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws.
• Experience with marketing and advertising compliance across EU/US markets.
• Understanding of digital legislation, technology regulations, and AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal English (B2+ level or higher).
