📋 Description

• Ensure products, marketing, and processes comply with laws and platform rules.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to assess risks and implement compliance
• Review specifications, user journeys, monetization, and features to mitigate risks.
• Support audits, incident response, and corrective actions.
• Oversee marketing materials to align with consumer protection and platform policies.
• Advise cross-functional teams on regional compliance and campaign reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws.
• Experience with EU/US marketing and advertising compliance.
• Understanding of digital legislation and AI governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong English communication (B2+).
