📋 Description

• Help ensure products, marketing initiatives, and business processes comply with laws and platform
• Review product specs, user journeys, monetization, and features to identify compliance risks.
• Support product compliance audits, incident response, and corrective actions.
• Review marketing materials and campaigns for consumer protection and platform policy alignment.
• Advise marketing on regional compliance requirements and support campaign reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital products, AI governance, and advertising.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related field.
• Strong knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws.
• Experience with marketing/advertising compliance in EU/US.
• Understanding of digital legislation, tech regulations, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Strong English communication, ability to translate regulatory topics into business guidance.
