📋 Description

• Help ensure products, marketing initiatives, and business processes comply with laws and platform
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to assess risks and support compliance
• Review product specs, user journeys, monetization models, and digital features for compliance risks
• Support product compliance audits, incident response, and corrective actions
• Review marketing materials and promotional claims for consumer protection and platform policy
• Advise marketing on compliance across regions and support campaign reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or related legal discipline
• Strong knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws
• Experience with marketing and advertising compliance across EU/US markets
• Understanding of digital legislation, technology regulations, and AI governance
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines
• Strong English communication; ability to translate regulatory topics into practical guidance
