• Help ensure products, marketing, and processes comply with laws and platform rules.
• Review product specs, user journeys, monetization, and features for risk mitigation.
• Support compliance audits, incident response, and corrective actions.
• Review marketing materials and ads for consumer protection and policies alignment.
• Advise marketing on regional compliance requirements and campaign reviews.
• Monitor regulatory developments on digital products, AI governance, advertising, and platform rules.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (Bachelor/Master) in a legal discipline.
• Strong knowledge of EU and US consumer protection laws.
• Experience with EU/US marketing and advertising compliance.
• Understanding of digital legislation, tech regs, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication (B2+).
