📋 Description

• Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile applications, ensuring compliance
• Assess risks associated with product features, user journeys, monetization models, and digital
• Participate in product compliance audits and incident response activities.
• Review advertising materials, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications for legal
• Advise Marketing teams on consumer protection, advertising standards, promotional claims, and
• Support marketing compliance audits and implementation of corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of consumer protection legislation in the European Union and the United States.
• Understanding of marketing and advertising compliance requirements in the EU and US.
• Familiarity with European and US digital legislation and regulatory frameworks for technology
• Familiarity with emerging requirements related to artificial intelligence governance.
• Knowledge of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
