Product Compliance Manager, Square

📋 Description

• Serve as the embedded compliance advisor for Square's Core and Audiences product teams, partnering
• Lead product compliance reviews for new launches and feature changes, identifying requirements
• Own and maintain the compliance risk and control inventory for your product areas, including
• Drive key compliance program activities including issues management, testing and monitoring
• Support regulatory examinations and audits by coordinating responses, gathering evidence, and
• Monitor regulatory change across relevant domains and assess impact to your product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in the compliance industry, with direct experience in payments, merchant acquiring, or
• Strong regulatory knowledge, specifically in areas pertaining to AML/BSA, Payment Card and Network
• Experience as an embedded compliance partner to Product and Engineering teams - comfortable
• Proven ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into actionable controls, policies
• Experience with core compliance program activities: risk assessments, issues management, testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to articulate compliance requirements to
