Product Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Support cross-functional partners on compliance across the product lifecycle.
• Build knowledge of MoonPay business verticals and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product and engineering guidance.
• Assist with product risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and mitigations.
• Review features, communications, policies, and training for regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance workstreams and provide progress updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in compliance, legal, product ops, or risk in financial services.
• Working understanding of blockchain and digital assets; DeFi, smart contracts, tokenization.
• Interested in product development; able to engage with product/engineering teams.
• Ability to think across business lines and regulatory regimes: BitLicense, money transmitter, MiCA.
• Clear communication and able to manage deliverables with growing independence.
• KYC/KYB experience, transaction monitoring, or compliance operations in crypto/payments.
