📋 Description

• Provide legal guidance to product, data science, engineering, and sales/marketing teams on the
• Advise on model risk, machine learning bias, fair lending, and accessibility.
• Take a risk-based and business-enabling approach, tracking company and product strategies to manage
• Advise on commercial terms in customer and vendor agreements affecting products.
• Draft terms of use, product and privacy policies, disclosures, and customer documentation, and
• Review external communications about products to customers, the market, regulators, and the press.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of combined, relevant experience, including at a law firm and/or in-house for a
• Technical background in engineering, computer science, data analytics, statistics, or related areas.
• Familiarity with launching products and advising on legal and regulatory implications of technology
• Familiarity with state and federal privacy and AI laws.
• Fluency translating legal advice into actionable guidance for innovative product and business teams.
• Avid interest in progressing legal, tech, and commercial knowledge, and evolving communication and
