Product Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary legal advisor to the product development and R&D organizations, providing
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS
• Partner with Data Science, Signal Processing, and Research teams to structure and support research
• Advise Product and Software Engineering teams on legal issues associated with new products
• Collaborate with Information Security, Privacy, and Engineering teams to support the implementation
• Partner with Marketing, Research, and Product teams to review product claims and related marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at
• 5+ years of legal experience, including significant experience at a major law firm advising
• Significant experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex commercial and technology
• Exceptional legal judgment, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving ability, including the
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal
• Strong client-service orientation and demonstrated ability to build trusted, collaborative
