📋 Description

• Embedded counsel for product and engineering partnerships
• Advise on AI, IP, privacy, and content issues
• Own terms, privacy, disclosures, and app store compliance
• Counsel on endorsements, promotions, and marketing
• Build lightweight launch reviews and escalation paths
• Triage legal matters with stakeholders and outside counsel

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product counsel experience
• J.D. and bar admission; NY in-house ability
• Strong privacy, IP, UGC, consumer protection knowledge
• Clear, business-focused judgment
• Comfort as sole in-house counsel; curiosity to grow
