📋 Description

• Review new products from early stages through launch, advising on legal risk
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Marketing, Engineering, Risk to launch compliant features
• Draft consumer-facing agreements and review marketing collateral
• Research consumer protection, privacy, and other legal requirements
• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Own projects with a can-do attitude and adaptability

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and Bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years advising financial institutions/fintech as a lawyer
• Experience advising on consumer loans, deposits, and payments
• Knowledge of mortgage and HELOC products; RESPA experience a plus
• Innate curiosity and ability to learn rapidly
• Resiliency and comfort partnering with the business
