📋 Description

• Advise Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on product legal issues.
• Review new products and features; provide practical guidance balancing risk.
• Counsel on IP, software licensing, privacy, AI, security, regulatory matters.
• Develop scalable policies, playbooks, and training for teams.
• Partner with commercial, privacy, security, and compliance teams.
• Monitor evolving laws and translate into actionable guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 4-7 years of SaaS product counseling experience.
• Clear, concise communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Experience advising software/SaaS on licensing/governance (bonus).
• Experience using AI tools to improve legal workflow efficiency.
