Product Counsel

📋 Description

• Partner with product/engineering on dev/releases, advising on compliance.
• Review products/features/UX for enterprise-grade compliance and IP issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and customer success.
• Provide practical cross-functional legal advice; report to Head of Litigation, IP, and Product Legal.
• Based in SF with hybrid schedule; in-office Mon, Tue, Thu.

🎯 Requirements

• Holds JD from an accredited law school; US-qualified (CA bar preferred).
• 5+ years in-house SaaS product counsel or tech transactions.
• Experience counseling on product, IP, and strategic partnerships.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills.
• Curiosity about AI tools; willingness to learn and apply them.
• Ability to assess risks and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
