📋 Description

• Advise Product, Engineering, and Design on privacy, data protection, accessibility, and AI.
• Lead cross-functional projects on compliance, safety, and IP in product workflows.
• Review product integrations for privacy, data protection, IP, and contracts.
• Translate legal guidance into actionable product/engineering advice under deadlines.
• Manage patenting program and advise on IP strategy.
• Build policies and playbooks to address risk while enabling innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience advising product teams through the life cycle on regulatory risks for new tech
• Experience counseling on domestic and international laws for ongoing compliance
• Demeanor to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment with deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to advance large, complex projects
• 8+ years' law firm and/or in-house experience in technology
• J.D. from an accredited law school with active state bar membership
