Lead development of concepts and final menus based on local trends and business plans.
Drive the Product & Marketing Calendar with cross-functional alignment across R&D, Marketing, and Menu.
Partner with OEM/ODM to translate vision into scalable foods; oversee recipe standardization and shelf-life validation.
Manage cafe testing and track performance via sales, COGS, P&L, and feedback.
