• Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL and Python across disparate data sources (e.g., website usage
• Condense abstract or loosely defined concepts into concrete calculations and automated dashboards
• Serve as the authority on A/B experimentation - guiding product managers and engineers on tracking
• Partner with Data Engineering to optimize core architecture and clickstream logging. Conceive and

• Translate complex quantitative findings into clear key takeaways for senior leadership, confidently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in analytics or an analytics-adjacent
• Expert fluency in SQL. Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R, Stata, SAS) is
• Solid understanding of core concepts (regression, significance testing, omitted variable bias
• Hands-on experience leveraging GenAI to optimize workflows and utilizing agentic coding platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to present high-impact or
