12+ years in system implementations, product or tech delivery
Proven leadership of product and delivery teams across geographies
Deep understanding of full employee lifecycle and HC operating model
Hands-on with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM; Talent tools like Workday Recruiting
Cloud, data analytics, AI/ML tools for people/talent use cases
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Business/HR; MBA preferred
