Product / Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and GEO engineering teams.
• Collect, clarify, and organize business requests before they reach engineering.
• Convert business needs into engineering-ready backlog items with scope and acceptance criteria.
• Protect teams from unmanaged requests and shifting priorities.
• Coordinate delivery planning, sprint scope, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate UAT planning, acceptance criteria review, and release readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ownership, or delivery roles.
• Experience with internal software platforms, ERP, and B2B systems.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing backlogs and coordinating delivery with engineering, QA, and DevOps.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from requirements to post-release.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery methods.
