Product / Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, users, and GEO engineering teams.
• Collect and clarify business requests before they reach engineering teams.
• Convert business needs into engineering-ready backlog items with scope and criteria.
• Shield engineering teams from unmanaged requests and shifting priorities.
• Coordinate delivery planning, sprints, releases, and milestones.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or delivery roles.
• Experience with internal software platforms, ERP, warehouse, or B2B systems.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage software backlogs and coordinate delivery with engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), UAT, and release.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
