Product / Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and GEO engineering teams.
• Manage business intake, clarify scope, and prepare backlog items.
• Coordinate delivery planning, sprint/iteration planning, and milestones.
• Coordinate UAT planning and provide visibility into delivery status.
• Protect engineering teams from unmanaged requests and shifting priorities.
• Align delivery plans with engineering capacity and GEO leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, ownership, or delivery roles.
• Experience with internal software platforms, ERP, warehouse, or B2B systems.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog management and coordination with engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog and delivery tracking.
