Product Delivery Project Manager – Telephony

📋 Description

• Support the CLIENT's Product Delivery Manager for Zoom & Polycom phone deployments.
• Track deliverables and update a centralized repository.
• Manipulate and upload spreadsheets used for Zoom deployments.
• Record meeting minutes and provide routine metrics and reporting.
• QA data sets to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Assist with Monday.com repo improvements and dashboards when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience as a technology Project Coordinator.
• 8-10 years experience using PC in business environment with MS Office.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
• Monday.com proficiency; ability to build dashboards (Tableau a plus).
• Telephony experience and ability to track deployments across branches.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
