📋 Description

• Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end with engineering to solve complex problems.
• Improve platform products with focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Engage with customers to capture feedback and turn insights into reusable patterns.
• Contribute to design system in Figma and code (WorkDS, Radix) for cohesion.
• Experiment with AI tools to speed exploration; share findings with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years designing platforms or complex, info-dense interfaces.
• Demonstrated systems thinking; create or adapt patterns as needed.
• Account for edge cases, accessibility, and constraints; ship and iterate.
• Explain design decisions; weigh tradeoffs and impact on the product.
• Experience running user research and shaping product direction.
• Proficiency with Figma; curious about new tools and workflows.
• Front-end code familiarity; contribute to the design system.
• Spot design gaps early; share prototypes openly and iterate.
