Product Design Coach (VP+)

📋 Description

• Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching.
• Communicating with members via Mento email or chat in the app.
• Sharing coaching tools to enhance practices and empower members.
• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a Mento ambassador.

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior product design leader with 20+ years of experience.
• Coaching interest; certification is a plus but not required.
• Turn leadership skills into coaching skills with a growth mindset.
• Passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
• Self-aware with high emotional IQ; safe space for vulnerability.
• Comfortable in a changing startup; ready for 12+ hours/month.
