📋 Description

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient stream
• Own the design vision and quality bar for Doctolib's patient experience
• Bridge improvement of core access-to-care experience with creating new reasons for patients to
• Raise the quality bar for product design, interaction design and content across the patient
• Stay close to product and craft to make high-quality design decisions
• Shape AI-native experiences that are clear, useful and trustworthy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product design including 3+ years in people leadership
• Experience in a consumer product organisation, ideally used by millions of people
• Track record of designing and scaling products across multiple markets
• Experience managing at least five Product Designers, ideally larger organisation
• Strong product design craft and creative judgement
• Experience connecting design choices to measurable outcomes
