📋 Description

• Lead and support design teams to create high-quality screens and prototypes.
• Ensure final deliverables meet APPLY's quality standards and client brand guidelines.
• Lead conversations about design deliverables, creation, implementation, and maintenance.
• Create, edit, and follow brand, UX and design systems best practices for consistency.
• Lead design system work, including handoff processes and documentation.
• Translate metrics into design decisions to guide product direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years UI/UX with proven leadership progression.
• Experience in agentic frameworks (BMAD).
• Strong portfolio across multi-product design leadership.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Gemini, Claude, Lovable.
• Deep expertise in brand and design systems governance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and engagements.
