📋 Description

• Own design quality across your team's product areas for web and mobile. Guide designers through
• Lead and grow a team of 4-6 product designers. Run 1:1s, drive career growth, deliver clear
• Translate product strategy into focused design execution. Help your team understand not just what
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leads. Align on priorities, unblock delivery
• Raise the craft bar. Contribute to design critiques, invest in our design system, and ensure
• Lead your team in adopting AI tools and practices to accelerate design work and push the quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms. You've shipped complex
• 1–3 years of experience managing product designers. Running 1:1s, giving feedback that changes the
• Strong product thinking and craft judgment. You understand customer problems, business tradeoffs
• You build trust through how you show up. Consistent, direct, and accountable. You create clarity
• You care about AI-powered product experiences, both in how your team designs for AI-first workflows
• An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to
