• 6+ years in product design for B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• 1–3 years managing product designers; 1:1s, feedback, growth.
• Strong product thinking and craft judgment.
• Clear, direct, accountable communication and decision making.
• Care about AI-powered product experiences and AI tools.
• Expert English; lead platform engineering managers across multiple teams.
