🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of formal design management experience OR 4+ years of equivalent team leadership as a Lead
• 5+ years of hands-on product design experience at a product-led software company
• Demonstrated track record of co-leading product strategy alongside Engineering, Product Management
• Mastery in driving adaptable UX strategies, translating complex data workflows into scalable design
• Clear, empathetic philosophy on guiding distributed design teams across time zones
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies (like AI/LLM tools)
