• Collaborate with product and engineering to shape strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience
• 3+ years of product design management experience
• Portfolio showing visual, interaction, and prototyping skills
• Experience leading large-scale redesigns or net-new B2B products
• Experience managing product designers to produce great work at scale
• Strong communicator, storyteller, and facilitator
• Proactive, organized, curious, pragmatic, and independent
