Product Design Manager

📋 Description

• Hybrid ownership role for product outcomes end-to-end
• Own UX exploration through delivery, release and production performance
• Unify design, product, and delivery in one integrated role
• Work in small teams with engineers to define problems and shape requirements
• Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to ship and measure impact
• Remote-friendly with base options in Melbourne or Sydney

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
• Experience leading product delivery end-to-end (Product Owner or similar)
• Proactive in experimenting with AI tools to drive efficiency
• Proficient in Figma, including UI libraries and design systems
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals with a user-centred approach
• Experience designing web and/or mobile applications
