📋 Description

  • Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore and experiment
  • Autonomously take product bets from zero to one
  • Communicate clearly with written, visual, and verbal storytelling
  • Build understanding of members to turn insights into opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, researchers, and engineers
  • Mentor junior designers and raise team quality

🎯 Requirements

  • Based in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona; onsite twice per week
  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Track record of shipping quality products
  • Design mentorship experience
  • Full-stack design expertise (UX research, UI, visual design)
  • Strong English communication (French a plus)
