📋 Description

• Implement data-driven UX strategies for digital brands from research to production.
• Design responsive web experiences balancing user and business goals.
• Own end-to-end design cycle from lo-fi wireframes to dev hand-off.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to shape requirements across web properties.
• Create and manage the component library and UI kit.
• Review design performance data from A/B testing and optimize.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of UX/UI or Product Designer experience in-house or at an agency.
• Portfolio across UX, UI, visual design; experience with A/B testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma; Photoshop/Illustrator a plus.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment; solve challenges creatively.
• Passion for interaction data and self-initiatives.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
