Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design of foundational seller experiences: sign-up and onboarding
• Lead Paddle's design system, defining components and usage
• Act as horizontal partner to product teams to ensure consistency
• Contribute to integration and AI experiences; shape interaction patterns
• Lead design thinking for IA, interactions, accessibility, scalable components
• Mentor other designers and improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio with exceptional UI craft and end-to-end design
• Experience owning and maintaining design systems
• Proficient with Figma; AI tools like Claude Code is a plus
• Comfortable across teams; ability to influence stakeholders
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design; collaborate with engineers
• Experience designing SaaS/fintech; onboarding journeys a plus
