Product Designer

📋 Description

• Leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Propagate a strong design practice, influence product strategy, and impact our product execution
• Partnering closely with engineering, product, and business teams to find elegant but practical
• Listening to users to develop the right product strategy and solutions that delight our customers
• Rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a UI/UX design role (experience at a consumer fintech company is preferred)
• Proven experience building excellent consumer-facing mobile and web products
• Experience developing wireframes and prototypes
• Ability to communicate optimally on an ego-free, highly energetic, and cross-functional team
• Excellent Figma and Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong information design experience with a solid foundation in UX design heuristics
