📋 Description

  • Take features from concept to interaction design and frontend implementation.
  • Build and maintain real interfaces in codebase (Hotwire/Next.js) with Engineering.
  • Use Claude Design and AI tooling to prototype rapidly.
  • Shape the product surface and improve UX across intake, approvals, and docs.
  • Contribute to the design system and extend it in code.
  • Collaborate with PMs and Engineers; gather user input to improve interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years building digital products with shipped frontend work.
  • Strong design craft: interaction design, layout, data-heavy interfaces.
  • Fluency with Claude Design (or comparable AI tools).
  • Figma proficiency: components, libraries, auto-layout, prototyping.
  • Understanding WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
  • SF Bay Area based; in-office Mon-Thu.
