Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design product experiences for Seesaw's global Family Engagement products.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, and Engineering to shape experiences.
• Maintain a consistent UX by contributing to the design system.
• Use analytics to improve products and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to roadmap aligned to user needs.
• Gather educator and family feedback to inform decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a product designer; 1-2 years consumer-scale UX.
• Strong portfolio showing solving user-facing problems and impact.
• Excellent communication; flexible; able to act on stakeholder feedback.
• Cross-functional experience with designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers.
• Design at system and screen level; handle complex flows; responsive patterns.
• Proficient in Figma; experience with AI prototyping tools (Figma Make, Claude).
