Product Designer

📋 Description

• Role focuses on designing internal tools and workflows for CoreWeave's employees
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Data, and business stakeholders
• Build experiences for workflow apps, dashboards, self-service portals, AI-assisted tools, and
• Move from user research to wireframes, prototypes, visual design, usability testing, and production
• Create reusable design patterns and contribute to a cohesive internal design system
• Partner with engineers to clarify designs, resolve edge cases, and ensure quality of delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in product/UX design or related field with portfolio
• Experience designing for complex enterprise workflows and internal tools
• Strong practices in discovery, journey mapping, IA, prototyping, usability testing, iterative
• Able to simplify complex systems and data into intuitive experiences
• Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals; proficient in design tools like Figma
• Collaborative with PMs, engineers, and subject-matter experts in Agile environments
