📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design process for your squad
• Tackle complex payroll, contract, and compliance workflows
• Lead user research with HR, finance, and remote workers
• Pair with engineers; review builds and suggest CSS fixes
• Evolve our design system; contribute components and docs
• Advocate for accessibility and internationalisation (WCAG 2.1 AA)

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years designing digital products; 2+ years in B2B or SaaS
• Portfolio showing problem framing, trade-offs, research, and impact
• Deep fluency in Figma; scalable component library
• AI proficiency; know when to apply AI vs human touch
• Experience designing complex data-rich interfaces (dashboards, multi-step workflows)
• Plan/lead user research independently; strong communication; Bonus: HR-tech/EOR and design-system experience
