📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design of messaging experiences across DevRev.
• Define interaction patterns for human-to-human and human-to-Computer conversations.
• Make trade-offs between information density, interruptibility, and flow.
• Design for progressive disclosure; messages carry metadata, context, actions.
• Collaborate with engineering on real-time constraints and latency.
• Contribute to Arcade design system; mentor L1-L3 designers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of conversational interfaces and real-time collaboration.
• Own outcomes with measurable impact.
• Design for progressive disclosure, interruptibility, optimistic UI.
• Strong systems thinking and evidence-based communication.
