📋 Description

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experiences through the collection
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to obtain key data points regarding customer pain
• Utilize findings to propose targeted solutions to influence the Engineering team’s design of new
• Create interactive data visualization tables, charts, graphs, and dashboards that clearly
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights identifying how hospital catchment zones and health systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research (including user interviews
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, data, and

• Salary: $161,803.00 - $198,000.00 per annum
