📋 Description

• Partner with Product and Engineering to refine problems and design solutions.
• Own the end-to-end design from discovery to launch.
• Turn dense data into experiences that build trust and clarity.
• Use storytelling to explain complex identity and risk concepts.
• Shape Middesk's design system and visual language for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in-house product design for B2B.
• Strong portfolio turning complex challenges into simple solutions.
• Product-minded; collaborate with PMs to frame problems and drive decisions.
• Navigate and interpret complex data; surface it in the UX.
• Systems thinker bridging UX and API-driven systems; familiarity with SDK configuration.
• Familiar with LLM tooling (Claude Code, Codex) to prototype with minimal engineering.
• Proficiency in design tools, prototyping, and maintaining design system components.
• NICE TO HAVE: Working experience in product management, front-end development, or engineering.
