Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day design across product areas: flows to production UI in Figma
• Take a user-centric approach: discovery, define problems, center user needs
• Run lightweight research and experiments using qualitative and quantitative data
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and writers to ship features end-to-end
• Work within and contribute to our design system
• Deliver consistently as priorities shift between teams and domains

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience across all design stages (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, UI assets)
• 3+ years of product design experience
• Reliable, high-quality, efficient execution and strong attention to detail
• User-centric mindset — comfortable discovery and decisions based on user needs
• Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions
• Comfortable with changing priorities and moving between teams and problem domains
