📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end delivery for promotions and rewards experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio.
• Visual design, interaction design, and motion mastery.
• Strong strategic thinking; translate goals into design plans.
• Deep empathy for users; accessibility and usability focus.
• Technical acumen: frontend basics and design handoff; AI for prototypes.
