Product Designer

📋 Description

• Work on early feature definition with engineers to ship features
• Level up the fit & finish of our product; craft a beautiful UX
• Spend time with users to investigate use cases and test features
• Prototype, test, iterate across explore and exploit modes
• Evolve our brand and design language across the product

🎯 Requirements

• Several years shipping beautifully designed products to real users
• Systems thinker with experience on open ended tools
• Prototyping in Figma or code; comfortable with AI tools like Cursor/Claude Code
• Strong eye for interaction, typography, and motion; sweat the details
• Comfortable across Mac, iOS, and web; platform aware
• In-person from our London office most of the time
• Startup experience or appetite for zero-to-one phase
