📋 Description

• Make complex decisions feel effortless across physics, calculations, and compliance.
• Design across touchpoints: desktop tools, homeowner outputs, mobile LiDAR.
• Collaborate with developers and ship code yourself.
• Build systematic, scalable design systems across platforms.
• Research and validate by interviewing installers and prototyping.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product/UI design experience
• A clear, systematic thinker who loves tackling complex flows
• Comfortable with diving into technical detail, even in new domains
• User-obsessed; you deeply understand users and their problems
• Great with people and confident running research with customers
• Proactive and self-organising, able to juggle multiple projects
• Bonus: experience building tools for field teams, low-tech users, or operational workflows
