Design wireframes, prototypes, flows, and visuals for new and existing experiences
Collaborate with product and engineering on design decisions from research data
Contribute to roadmap initiatives from discovery to delivery
Maintain consistency across desktop and mobile designs
Create and evolve design systems and patterns
Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

SaaS product design experience (mobile and web)
Balance user needs with business/technical constraints
Strong visual design for web and mobile
Knowledge of user research methods and accessibility
Proficiency with Figma and Jira/Azure DevOps
Excellent communication and storytelling
