📋 Description

• Lead design for AI-native product surfaces (Senior/Staff).
• Shape UX for skills, dubbing and localisation workflows.
• Set direction and influence roadmaps with Product and Engineering.
• Prototype and test interaction models, incl. agentic patterns.
• Improve output quality via guidance, structure, and feedback loops.
• Design localisation workflows across languages and content types.
